Our flagship product, mCare, is an Advanced Labor Room Information System that provides real-time monitoring, data analytics, and AI-powered clinical decision support for maternal and fetal care.
Our products are clinical decision support tools intended to assist, not replace, qualified healthcare professionals in making clinical decisions.
2. Clinical Decision Support Limitations
2.1 AI-Powered Analysis
mCare and other NexoPrima products may utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to analyze clinical data, including:
- Fetal heart rate (FHR) pattern analysis and classification
- Uterine contraction monitoring and analysis
- Real-time alert generation for potential abnormalities
- Trend analysis and predictive insights
These AI features are designed to support clinical judgment and must not be used as the sole basis for clinical decisions. AI algorithms have inherent limitations and may not account for all clinical variables, patient-specific factors, or unusual presentations.
2.2 Healthcare Provider Responsibility
Healthcare providers using NexoPrima products acknowledge and agree that:
- All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals
- System outputs, alerts, and recommendations must be verified through clinical assessment
- The absence of an alert does not guarantee the absence of clinical concerns
- Direct patient assessment and professional judgment must always take precedence
- Users must be appropriately trained and qualified to interpret clinical data

The information, data, alerts, and recommendations provided through NexoPrima products do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Our products are tools designed to present clinical data and support healthcare professionals in their clinical workflows.

4. Intended Users
NexoPrima products are intended for use by:

Healthcare Facilities are responsible for ensuring that all users receive appropriate training on NexoPrima products before clinical use. Training should include system operation, interpretation of outputs, understanding of limitations, and appropriate clinical workflows. NexoPrima provides training resources and support as part of our service agreements.
7. Emergency Situations
In emergency situations, healthcare providers must rely on their clinical judgment and established emergency protocols. NexoPrima systems are designed to support but not replace emergency response procedures. Healthcare Facilities must maintain appropriate emergency protocols independent of NexoPrima systems.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
NEXOPRIMA PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXOPRIMA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NEXOPRIMA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEXOPRIMA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF NEXOPRIMA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Healthcare Facilities and healthcare providers assume full responsibility for clinical decisions and patient outcomes.
10. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexoPrima, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of NexoPrima products, violation of this Medical Disclaimer, or any clinical decisions made using NexoPrima products.
